Annette T. SudanoMrs. Annette T. Sudano, 76, of 1550 Perry Highway, Portersville, Pa passed away on Saturday June 2, 2012 in the Good Samaratin Hospice House in Cabot, Pa at 9:45 pm.

Mrs. Sudano was born on January 6, 1936 in Ellwood City to the late Crawford Stubbel and Anna Hoffman Stubbel. She is a member of the Lincoln High School Class of 1952, and also graduated from the St. Frances School of Nursing in New Castle as a Registered Nurse. She had worked at the St. Frances Hospital in New Castle and the Ellwood City Hospital as a RN for many years. Annette also was a Muddy Creek Twp. Supervisor and Secretary for 15 years, and served on the Muddy Creek Twp. Planning Commission for several years. She also worked as the Ellwood City Catholic Schhol Nurse for several years. She had taught CCD at the St. Agatha Church while living in Ellwood City. Annette enjoyed playing the piano, antiques, and going to garage sales. She is a past member of the Hungarian Club, and was a volunteer for many years at the Portersville Food Pantry.

Mrs. Sudano is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Brenda (Scott) Wellhausen of Florida, two sons and daughters-in law; Ross (Lynn) Sudano of Portersville, John M. (Linda) Sudano Jr. of Sarver Pa, six grandchildren, one brother; Paul (Jane) Stubbel of New Galilee, and her friend Russel Fair.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents and her husband John M. Sudano Sr. whom she married on November 21, 1964 and passed away on October 15, 1986.

Visitation will bhe held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Wednesday from 10-11 am in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc.

A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. with Father Mark Thomas officiating. Interment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
